Guided cycle rides in the heart of the New Forest

Explore the New Forest on two wheels, guided by fully qualified Mountain Bike Leader, Steve Edmed. Enjoy exercise for the mind and body through a socially engaging ride out with family, friends or on your own. You’ll meet new people, improve your fitness and get more confident on your bike. If you’re looking to ride in beautiful countryside without the commitment of joining a cycling club, this is the ideal way to meet like-minded people. With a guided ride, you can enjoy cycling in a relaxed, social atmosphere without the stress of route planning and map reading. If bike and helmet hire is required, we can organise this for you. We look forward to riding with you!

Stunning scenery

Even locals can be unfamiliar with the less frequented trails within the New Forest National Park, so we’re helping more people to discover them while enjoying the benefits of cycling. In planning our tours, we make use of over 100 miles of waymarked off-road cycle routes, as well as green lanes that meander through some of the country’s most stunning scenery. We usually start at a forest car park, from where – after bike and helmet preparation (safety checks) – we can set off and complete a circular route.

Groups and schools

Linking green corridors of bridleways to picturesque villages, we provide a fantastic ride out for people of all ages and abilities. We can also tailor cycle tours for groups such as Scouts, schools and youth clubs. In addition to being qualified with British Cycling Mountain Bike Leadership Award: Level 2, Steve is fully insured and certified as an outdoor first aider with DBS check. At present, he is also the only cycle leader approved by Forestry England.
