Your participation is made on the basis that you accept that mountain biking and other cycling activities involve an element of risk and that you accept that risk on the basis that, although it cannot be completely eliminated, it will be managed by myself (Steve Edmed) in line with current best practice as outlined in the British Cycling Guidelines. Risk assessments can be provided when requested. The use of alcohol is not permitted before or during a ride.
